About me
Sergey Kolesov
Heilpraktiker with an osteopathic focus, Erfurt.
I became interested early on in how the human organism works, how complaints arise, and which physical, emotional and everyday factors shape health. Those questions took me from medical massage and visceral therapy to osteopathy, regulatory medicine and psychosomatically informed work.

Background
2010–2015
Osteopathic training in Moscow
Training at the Osteopraktik school in Moscow, completed in 2015. The certificate covers 1,944 documented teaching hours in structural, visceral and craniosacral osteopathy.
since 2012
Therapeutic practice
The start of practical work with medical massage, visceral therapy and energy work — alongside the ongoing osteopathic training.
since 2015
Further professional development
Craniosacral and biodynamic work, together with a psychosomatically informed view of how structure, internal organs, the autonomic nervous system and strain interact.
2026
Heilpraktiker in Germany
Licensed to practise healthcare as a non-medical practitioner, granted on 4 June 2026. Since then I have run my practice in Erfurt at two locations.
How I see my field
My professional view is shaped by anatomy, physiology, osteopathy and Western healthcare traditions. It is complemented by Ayurveda, Eastern approaches to the body and health, and experience from various spiritual traditions. These perspectives do not replace medical diagnostics, but they broaden my attention to a person's history, inner experience and individual resources.
Qualifications

How I work

I take time
Each appointment is scheduled for 60 minutes. Conversation, assessment and treatment flow into one another.
I explain what I find
In plain language, including what I am not able to judge.
I do not promise a particular outcome
If I cannot help you, or if medical assessment is needed, I say so.
I work transparently
I combine different methods where this makes sense for the individual concern. It remains clear at all times which method I am using and what we are aiming for with it.
Languages
Treatment and conversation in German, Russian and English. Enquiries from international patients are welcome; appointments themselves take place in Erfurt.
Teaching
Alongside my therapeutic work I taught on an osteopathic training project in Moscow. Teaching and the professional exchange that came with it deepened my understanding of anatomy and functional relationships.

My own physical practice
Yoga, meditation and a continuous personal physical practice have been part of my life for many years. That experience shapes how I understand movement, breathing, tension and inner regulation.
