Appointments & fees

How an appointment works — and what it costs.

An appointment does not follow a rigid schedule. Conversation, assessment and treatment flow into one another, and I adapt my approach to the findings and the body's response as we go.

01

Arriving and talking

We talk about your complaints, how they developed, previous treatment, surgery, accidents, your daily life and the demands on you. Please bring any findings or imaging you have.

02

Assessment as we go

Posture, mobility of the spine and joints, tissue and fascial tension, breathing mechanics and organ mobility. The assessment continues throughout the session.

03

Treatment based on findings

Structural, visceral, craniosacral or biodynamic — with the intensity agreed with you. I explain what I find during the examination and how I interpret it.

04

Summary and next steps

At the end I summarise, give recommendations for the time in between and say how many appointments I consider useful — including when I advise against further ones.

Frequent questions

What patients ask before their first appointment.

What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, any medical findings and imaging you have, and a list of your medication.
How long does an appointment take?
An osteopathic session usually lasts 60 minutes, a bioresonance analysis about 90 minutes, and a health consultation 60 minutes.
Will my insurance cover the cost?
These are private services. Whether and how much is reimbursed depends entirely on your policy, so please check with your insurer in advance.
Should I bring previous findings?
Yes, please. Medical letters, imaging and laboratory results help me understand your situation, even though I do not replace medical diagnostics.
Can I come during pregnancy or with my child?
Yes. The treatment is adapted to age, the course of the pregnancy and the individual situation.
Which option suits me?
For physical complaints, osteopathy is usually the starting point. If you are looking for orientation and recommendations, a bioresonance analysis or a health consultation may fit better. Write to me briefly and I will tell you what I think makes sense.
Which languages do you work in?
German, Russian and English.
What is the difference between the analysis and a frequency session?
The analysis includes the measurement, a frequency-based application, a digital report and recommendations. A frequency session is a separate appointment, either on its own or following an analysis.
